    We begin by study the basic principles of the personality and the subconscious. We discuss how one can discover the interior beauty that we possess. We untangle the enigmas and psychological conflicts that we have (traumas, defects, fears, represses emotions, etc) and other negative aspects that don't allow us to be free in our inner selves.

2.- LIFE AND HEALTH MODULE:

    We understand that physical condition is fundamental for our internal progress. A body that is filled with impurities, contamination and poor nutrition, cause energetic limitations that are very difficult to subtle for the body and spirit, knowing that the elevation of the soul and mind, depends on the balance of the somatic energy or physical body. That is why we teach the students in this module the techniques of vegetarianism and balanced diet. They are aimed to avoid vices and intoxication of the body which is the temple of God. Also, we teach the technique of meditation and yoga. The objective is that the student learn to establish a psychological, corporal and spiritual harmony. Our physical health is directly related to our psychological health.

3.- EXTRA SENSORY MODULE:

    We have complied   transcendental knowledge based on logic and science in areas little investigated.      The Course in The Integral Growth and Development of Humanity is given by a group of instructors that have been trained and carefully selected to give the course.  It is offered to the public once a week for two hours a session for four months. There are 34 lessons given that are both theory and practical. The subjects have been carefully selected as the most fine deep and sometimes controversial. This allows the student to grow and evolve within the parameters of the universal knowledge. After each class, assignments and practical exercises are distributed on the subject matter. This will in no was disrupt one's daily routine, work and responsibilities. When the student has satisfactorily completed the course, he is given a certificate.
